Preheat the oven to 220ºC / 425ºF / Gas 7. Place the pizza bases well apart on two greased
baking sheets.
Brush the pizza bases with 15ml / 1tbsp of the oil, then brush generously with tomato paste.
Stir-fry the peppers in half the remaining oil for 3-4 minutes.
Arrange the chicken and peppers on top of the sunndried tomato paste.
Scatter over the mozzarella: and basil. Season to taste with salt and black pepper.
Drizzle over the remaining oil and bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until crisp and golden.
Serve immediately.
