Preheat the oven to 180ºC / 350ºF / Gas Mark 4. Arrange the plums in the bottom of a baking
dish.
Put the oats, almonds, nuts, honey and sugar in a bowl. Melt the butter in a small saucepan over
a low heat, pour into the oat mixture and stir to combine. Spoon over the plums. Bake in the
preheated oven for 35 minutes.
Remove the dish from the oven and serve hot with Greek-style yogurt.
