400g / 14 oz fromage frais
6 peaches, peeled and stoned
80g honeycomb or Crunchie bar, roughly crushed
sprigs of mint or lemon balm, to decorate
Method:
Put the fromage frais into a bowl. Place the peaches in a food processor and process until
smooth. Lightly fold the puree and most of the honeycomb into the fromage frais.
Spoon the mixture into individual glasses and decorate with the remaining honeycomb and sprigs
of mint or lemon balm. Serve immediately
