200g / 7 oz mixed berries, such as blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries, plus
extra to garnish
125ml / 4 fl oz unsweetened orange juice
1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
4 tbsp plain (natural) yogurt
475ml / 16 fl oz milk
3 ice cubes
fresh mint, for garnishing (optional)
Method:
Cut any large berries in half, then place in a blender with the orange juice and maple
syrup. Pulse to chop, then add the yogurt and milk and blend until smooth. Place the ice cubes in a
serving glass and pour over the smoothie. Garnish with a sprig of mint and a few whole small
berries of your choice, if using, and serve immediately.
