Lemon Cake in a Mug

Ingredients:

1 small egg
4 tbsp of milk
3 tbsp of corn oil
2 tbsp of lemon juice
4 tbsp of sugar
4 tbsp flour
1 tsp of baking powder

Method:

Put the egg in the mug and stir well with a fork

Add the oil, sugar, milk and the lemon juice and mix well

Add the flour and baking powder e stir till the mixture is smooth

Put in the microwave at full power for 3 minutes
