4 slices ham
4 slices white or whole wheat bread
2 slices smoked cheese, cut in half
1 slice salami, cut into 4 wedges
4 slices cucumber, cut in half
4 radishes, cut in half
2 tbsp ketchup
1 carton mustard and cress
4 tbsp cream cheese
Method:
For each sandwich, place a slice of ham on each piece of bread and trim to fit. Place a smoked
cheese half on top, then use a wedge of salami for the "nose", and the cucumber and radish halves
for the "eyes."
To finish, add a line of ketchup for the "mouth" and the mustard and cress for the "hair." Pipe
the cream cheese along the bottom.
