This recipe will give you more granola than you need - just keep it stored in an airtight
container.
Preheat the oven to 350ºF / 180ºC / Gas Mark 4. Place the oats, nuts, and coconut in a large
bowl and pour over the honey. Stir until everything is well combined and then spoon onto a non
stick baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through. Cool and then stir in the dried
berries or fruits.
Divide the chopped peach among 4 serving glasses, spoon over a little granola, and top with the
yogurt. Spoon over more granola and top with the fresh berries.
