Mix together the mayonnaise, fromage frais, garlic, and seasoning to taste, in a small bowl.
Stir in the chopped chicken.
Chop the avocado and toss immediately in lemon juice.
Mix the avocado gently into the chicken mixture. Check the seasoning and chill until
required.
Serve in small serving dishes with the nacho or tortilla chips as scoops, if liked.
Easy Tip: This mixture also makes a great, chunky filling for sandwiches, baps or pitta bread.
Or serve as a main course salad, heaped on to a base of mixed salad leaves.
