Bring a saucepan of lightly salted water to the boil. Add the green and yellow beans, and cook
for 2 minutes, or until just tender. Plunge into cold water and drain.
Put the olive oil, lemon juice and garlic in a bowl, season and mix together well.
Put the beans in a serving bowl, pour on the dressing and toss to coat. Top with the parmesan
and serve.
